Multi-Media ArtistI create abstract and representational ink and charcoal drawings by hand.
Digitally, I practice photography, videography, and music production. This site is being updated constantly.
I shoot photos as a way to shape the world to my own eye. Or to emphasize something already present.
Black and white imagery is fascinating to me. From old films to classic comic art, there is something alluring to me about contrast, and as a result, form without color.I primarily shoot digitally, doing my editing in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Overall I hope to create images that stand on their own.
These videos are a process of collaging and stitching together audio and film. The editing is done in Adobe Preimiere Pro.I play guitar, and I end up with a lot of random recordings I make. These videos are a way for me to weave music into my work.
These ink drawings are all based off of a phrase, and built using the words of the phrase. They started as doodles to pass time, and evolved into visual poems with I spy overtones. The first is called Think On Your Shadows, and the last is titled No More Dreams

While I tend to lean into abstraction in my drawing, it is usually out of not wanting to draw anything in particular. I enjoy drawing representationally, though it isn't my usual.
